After Care


Gentle Handling

Immediately after your treatment, resist the urge to touch, rub, or scratch the treated areas. The skin may be sensitive and vulnerable, and any excossive touching can lead to irritation inflammation & even potential infection Gently pat or press the areas if needed

Sun Protection

Shield your treated skin from direct sunlight & UV radiation. it can exacerbato skin sensitivity, lead to pigmentation issues & hinder the healing process. Utilise broad spectrum sunscreen at least SPF 30 wear protective clothing. wide brimmed hats & sunglasses when outdoors.

Rest & Recovery

In the first 24-48hrs post-troatment. prioritise rest & avoid strenuous physical activities. Excessive exertion can increase blood flow to the treated areas, potentially leading to increased swelling & discomfort.

Allow your body to focus on healing

Avoid Heat Sources

Refrain from exposing the treated areas to sources of heat such as hot showers, saunas, and steam rooms. Elevated temperatures can dilate blood vessels and contribute to swelling.

Hydration

Keep your body well-hydrated by drinking an ample amount of water. Hydration supports your skin's healing process 8 overall well-being. You shouldn't drink alcohol for the fitst 6 hours after treatment & proferably to avold it in the first 2 days.

Cleansing

While gentle cleansing is essential, avoid using harsh or abrasive cleansers that could potentially irritate the treated areas.

Opt for mild, non irritating cleansers to maintain cleanliness without

compromising your skin's delicate state,

Avoid Makeup

Immediately after your treatment, refrain from applying makeup to the treated areas. Allowing your skin to breathe & recover without the interference of cosmetics is beneficial.
